Orders placed before 14:30 are usually shipped within 1-2 business days from Warsaw.Â
Free standard shipping is offered for:
- DOMESTIC ORDERS over 400 PLN
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS over 200 EUR
Delivery times are estimated and start from the shipping date. Please note that in some regions, the range of delivery services may be limited, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the chosen carrier. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please be aware that during peak periods (sales, holidays, and promotions), there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns.
Shipments are sent personally to the details provided in the order. Therefore, we are not responsible for lost or missing orders signed for in a building, such as an office address, by someone other than the person who placed the order.
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives carefully packaged. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, unmarked box. However, please note that during the sales period, your order may be shipped in an eco-friendly envelope. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During the sales period, order fulfillment may be slightly delayed, but we will make every effort to ensure shipping occurs no later than within 7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
YOSCHIMOTO offers worldwide shipping. Outside Poland, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import fees (duty, tax, etc.).Â
Please verify with your local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. If a package is undeliverable and returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that international shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted for unworn items within 14 days of receiving the order.Â
Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, accompanied by a completed return form and the receipt or a copy of it in case of a partial return.
The return form (EN) or the return form (PL) is included in the shipment, but if needed, we can provide it again via email.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they do not meet your expectations. If you wish to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached. Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Items returned without original tags will not be refunded.
Free return shipping is provided for defective or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once the return is received (within the specified time), the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when the return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
